i have recently joined fido and tried to use the my account app. i have tried to redownload and use it but it keeps saying “sorry. we have hit a snag.” i have tried everything!! HELP
I can’t upgrade the fido app on my phone.
When I try to open the fido app on my phone, this message appears. So I push "OK", I can see this message also. My phone is iPhone 11 Pro. How can I solve this problem?
