I can’t upgrade the fido app on my phone.

When I try to open the fido app on my phone, this message appears. So I push "OK", I can see this message also. My phone is iPhone 11 Pro. How can I solve this problem?

Resolved! Links to contests in Fido Extra Not Working

I have tried on many occasions to enter the contests using the link in the Fido Extra page. )Cineplex Odeon this time). Anyone else have this issue?

Fido My Account App - Hit A Snag

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?  I have an Android device, and whenever I try to login to the My Account app using the same credentials as I do on the website, I keep getting the "We've hit a snag" error message.
