I was unable to change my existing sim card to my iphone, size doesn't fit. I am using pay as you go prepaid voucher have a balance expiring at the end of te year, I like to keep the same phone number, can my issue can be fix?

Hello @ngcheck,

Sure the issue can be fixed, all you need to do is purchase a new SIM card that fits your phone and have it activated under your account and your number and balance will be transferred to the new SIM.
