No voicemail notification

I never recieved notification of voicemail on my Samsung s9. I upgraded to s10e and still don't recieve any although my wife gets text message alerts of voicemail on my old s9. Have read posts but can't seem to find an answer. Thanks. Dave

Resolved! Can I turn off data from the account

I have a teenager and we used to be with virgin where I could turn off data in the app. Is there a way to do this from the account ? Or do I need to cancel my services and go back to my old service ?

Proof of Purchase/Receipt

I upgraded my cellphone one year ago didn't pay it in full i'm paying it month by month along the plan ,but I need the Proof of the device Purchase/Receipt I went through the app and web site but couldn't find anything.
