Hello,
Somebody has ordered two IPHONE on my account as I am not aware of it, and also change my phone plan. Most importantly, I heard some other people are having same problem but the phone were sending to different address but mine are sending to me which I am highly suspecting that FIDO is doing something that is not right, I might have to call customer service and see if they could cancel the order and give me back my original plan.

Hello Howardhsu,
Welcome to the community!
Sorry to hear there has been fraudulent activity on your account. Unfortunately, there has been an increase in fraudulent activity and attempts recently. I understand you have heard about other people having devices sent to other addresses. However, there isn't only one type of SCAM; there are other types of SCAMs happening.
For example, there have been a rash of SCAM calls recently offering deals on those phones (see here, here, here...). More recently, this community member unfortunately became victim of one such SCAM calls (see here). The callers claim to be from Fido (or another provider) and offer deals on high end devices. During the calls, the scammers obtain enough information from a victim to order a device. There is usually some sort of mistake with the order (ie wrong device or model or colour etc) and they provide you with a so-called return shipping label. However, the label does not return the device to the provider, but rather sends it to the scammers.
Alternatively, if the scammers have enough information about a customer, they could just wait for the phones to be delivered and somehow intercept them. Unfortunately, there is no limit to the possible other variations of the same SCAM.
You might consider reporting your incident to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre. In addition to reporting your incident, you might also consider following the information provided here.
As you might be aware, these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. You might consider forwarding the information to customer service (see here). In addition, they might be able to cancel those orders for you. They may also forward you to their Fraud Department. They can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
Hope this helps 😀
Cheers
