Fido's online team who manages these never solved my issue with Brightstar so I am planning to go to court.it is a small amount but I felt like I have been deceived

Setting up Voice Mail

I created a monthly account from a previous prepaid account, and the system does not recognize my phone number  It has not changed in the transfer . I quess I have to have the account activated by the office.

Resolved! Wanted to keep my old number

I'm new at Fido I was with Rogers and I wanted to keep my number.  What should I do since I put in my SIM card and it's not my old number that appears?
