Upgraded a phone with no email confirmation

Hi, I upgraded my mom's phone 2 days ago and i still didnt receive a email confirmation and there is no way of tracking where her phone is. When will i be receiving the email?

You definitely should have received an email confirmation for your order. Did you order it online on Fido.ca?

Also, did you get a chance to check your Spam folder to make sure you didn't miss any email?
