Resolved! Wi-Fi Calling - IPhone XR - IOS 14.2

I can't enable Wi-Fi Calling on my Iphone.The error message I get is always the same "To allow Wi-Fi Calling on this account, contact Fido.". Can anybody help me? ThanksJ.R.
