I have a velvet lg Phone i do not know how ti answer a call i can see it coming in but i tryed  swepping l shape notin do i jus ptes the green phone button or how do i answer ab incoming call jhave only had one s far hsad the phone only since dec12

You should see an icon appear that you can either press or swipe to answer a call. Have you tried to restart your phone to fix this?

Also, does the touch screen work any other time?
