Resolved! Android 13 Pixel 6 update

Android 13 was publically released yesterday. Why is it not available to update on my Pixel 6? I'm also curious why Google phones don't appear on the OS upgrade schedule when phones like TCL do have information listed.

Really sad.  I've been with Fido since 2003.  They now want down payments on phones which was never the case before. I wanted to upgrade to the Samsung S22+ but they want $600 down payment. I can switch to Telus for same phone, no down payment. Bye F...

Do we ever get a tracking number for this or is it just a guessing game? It took 2 weeks to receive a "processing" email. Would love to know an ETA, I totally understand things happen and back orders, shipping delays etc pop up but at the very least ...
