Are you referring to Fido's Home Internet service? As far as I am aware, there isn't any temporary suspension for home internet. I believe the temporary suspension is only available for mobile services.
Regardless, you would need to contact customer service to enquire about the option and adding the temporary suspension, if possible. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they should also be able to provide verify whether what you're requesting is possible or not, and access your account if necessary.
