Dear Fido
I am not in Canada for few months now and due to covid pendemic I would not be able to come back as I am stuck in India. I would like to Temporarily suspend my account for next 6 months. Also can you please help me to get a tollfree to call for Fido Coustomer Care to call from India, because the last time I tried to call cost me $16 which I can not afford.
I would really appreciate your help.

You will need to contact customer support to have the line temporarily suspended.
A few things to note:
You can contact customer support even from outside of the country through any of the available methods listed here.
