Returned device status update not reflected in account

Hi all, 

 

I returned my Samsung A20 over on last Fri and have my confirmation that the device has reached Fido office on Tue - I don't see status of the device or any confirmation email of them  recieving it yet - how can I have this solved ?

Returned orders can take up to 10 business days from the shipping date to be processed. After this is completed, any applicable refund would be applied within 7 business days.

I understand -issue is, I would love to order a new phone (Google Pixel3A ) meanwhile and don't want it to run out- is there any way I can reserve or prepay the device meanwhile ?

Through Fido, devices can only be reserved when they haven't yet been released.

 

If you purchase a new phone before the return for the previous one has been processed, you'll unfortunately be charged the full price.

 

That said, another possible option for you would be to get the new device straight from the manufacturer or a third party location (like Best Buy, for example) and get a reservation or a financing option from them. 

 

You'd still be able to pair that phone with your Fido line!
