Returned device status update not reflected in account
Hi all, I returned my Samsung A20 over on last Fri and have my confirmation that the device has reached Fido office on Tue - I don't see status of the device or any confirmation email of them recieving it yet - how can I have this solved ?

Hi allan, I understand -issue is, I would love to order a new phone (Google Pixel3A ) meanwhile and don't want it to run out- is there any way I can reserve or prepay the device meanwhile ?
