LTE with Apple watch

Will my LTE work with my Apple Watch. I've read a lot of post saying no. But I don't understand how you offer data plan for tablet and I'm not able to connect my watch to it. I'm wondering if anything has changed

  Apple designed their watch to require its own Apple Watch plan in order to utilise cellular services. Unfortunately, that means that it would not be able to connect with your current data plan. However, you could connect your watch to your phone via bluetooth and Wifi.

  As previously mentioned, Fido does not currently have any Apple Watch plans.

  Welcome to the community!

  Unfortunately, Fido does not currently support cellular services for the Apple Watch. While Apple recently added a new feature with regards to how the Apple Watch may function (ie Family Set-up support), the watches still need specific Apple Watch plans. Generic data-only or Tablet plans will not work.

  The plans for the Apple Watches need to be set-up by the associated iPhones (see here and here).

 To my knowledge, none of the flanker brands offer Apple Watch plans.
