Hi,

I arrived in Italy and purchased a SIM Card. When I purchased my Samsung phone in 2018, the store told me it's unlocked, but once I put the Italy SIM card, phone says I need a unlock code. Where or how I can find this code?

If it's a Fido phone, I invite you to simply contact us here so we can unlock it. If you prefer, we can also send you a PM here on the Community.

If it's not a Fido device, you'll need to reach out to the original carrier. 

Also, devices sold after December 1, 2017 come unlocked or will have a sticker with an unlock code on the box.
