Hello Vishalboora04,

  Welcome to the community!

  Sorry to hear you're having issues with calling on your device. As Original_Lucy notes below, that device does appear to have many of the compatible bands/frequencies for 2G, '3G', and LTE. However, have you tried to disable HD calling or voLTE on the device? Since the device is not offered from Fido, it's likely certain features (ie voLTE and/or Wifi-calling) are not supported. Disabling voLTE on the device might allow it to fall-back to the 2G or '3G' networks for calls.

Hope this helps 😀

Cheers

Hello @Vishalboora04 , that isn't what you want your phone to do. Did you check compatibility with the fido network bands?

Oneplus:

Band

GSM: 850/900/1800/1900MHz

WCDMA: B1/2/4/5/6/8/19

FDD-LTE: B1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/17/18/19/20/26/28/66/13/32

TD-LTE: B38/39/40/41

5G SA: n77/78/38/40/41/1/3/5/7/8/20/28 BlockA&BlockB/66

5G NSA: n77/78/38/40/41/1/3/5/7/8/20/28 BlockA&BlockB/66

*Network connectivity may vary depending on carrier’s network and related service deployment.

Fido band requirements:

GSM ~ EDGE (2G) ~ on band 5 (850MHz).

UMTS or WCDMA ~ HSPA (3G) / HSPA+ (4G) ~ on band 5 (850 MHz).

To access LTE, the device must be compatible with one or more of the following:

  • 700 MHz on Band 12;
  • 850MHz on Band 5;
  • 1900 MHz on Band 2, Band 25;
  • 1700/2100 MHz on Band 4, Band 66;
  • 2600 MHz on Band 7.

It looks like a few of them match. Have you tried using a different Sim in your device to see if it's a device issue or a carrier issue?

You may have to call tech support to have assistance with your issue if those suggestions don't shed any light on what's going on. You can contact Fido Here by using any of the methods mentioned.

Hope you get this rectified
