Hello there, I purchased the OnePlus Nord ce3 lite this July, and got a Fido SIM.
I'm able to access the internet, and send text messages, but I can't make or receive any phone calls, here at Burlington. Can someone please help me. Thanks!

Try some of these steps and see if you can make calls, Restart the device after making changes.
Do a network reset.
Disable VoLTE.
Set the phone to connect to LTE instead of auto or 5G
Disable auto network selection, do a manual scan, and select Fido if possible.
