Hi, I am surprised that the price plan has gone up from 33 dollars to 44 dollars without notification. That can't be true. I do not usually check bill in detail because I am on auto pay but this latest bill is ridiculous and I need some help to solve this problem.

The same thing happened to me, where my plan went up by about $20 without warning beforehand. Turns out I had a 16 month promotion on my plan that ended. I ended up changing my plan to one that was much cheaper and had more data.

You should note that this community forum is not a method of customer service it is meant for customers like myself to help each other.
Is it possible you had a promotion/discount that has now ended? Either way, if a promotion is coming to an end or there will be a plan price increase Fido would notify us of the upcoming changes at least 3 months before on our invoice, if you check the last 3-4 invoices you should see some mention of the change.
