I only got this phone from Fido because it was $0 and no payments for 24 months with plan. I am now being charged for it per month.  A real rip-off.

  Firstly, you should note that the forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts. We would not know the details of your particular offer.


  With many of the device offers, Fido does not actually discount the cost of the device. Rather, they provide a monthly credit to off-set the device cost. That monthly credit is applied to the bill and not device financing cost. The device cost of $0 and no monthly payments was calcuated after bill credit


  As such, the device costs would be still be listed on your bill. However, you should also be receiving credits to offset that cost. Are you not receiving those credits?
