Hello @afanaa76,
You Fido usually sends refund (if any) after any cancellation once the final invoice has been issued. The refund usually takes 3 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks. It will be sent to the address on file.
If you still have not received the cheque after this timeframe has passed you can reach out to customer service and they can assist you.
If you moved you will need to let them know.
