billing mistake on my iphone 7 and that continues

Hi i just see the bills (i trust fido so they take money directly from my credit card ....

 

 

I have a trouble with billing, so there is my issue right now,

 

i saw an advice about iphone 7, for 0$ charging 0$ a month but for more than 2 months Fido charged me 17$ before taxes, is that terrible at this point they charge me overdue ?
