Bill is more than 7 days late

I usually get my bill notification email sent on the 5th of the month. It is now more than 7 days late. How do I find out if my billing is fine ? I am concern I get a last minute notification with unreasonable deadline and cannot react in time and get slug with interest payment.

Hi @nicholasyue , if you are concerned about your due date of your bill, check in the app under billing or sign into your account on fido.ca and check. Waiting is only going to make you incur late charges that can be avoided by checking yourself in your account. If you can't do that, then call into Fido by dialing *611 and check your account that way. You already know it's late so being proactive can help avoid problems down the line.
