Billing on temporary suspension

Hi there,

I temporarily suspended my Fido account as I’ll be outside Canada for three months.
I’d like to confirm whether I’ll only be charged the $7 account maintenance fee or if there will be additional charges.

In my mobile service agreement, under the "Summary of Fees" section, it shows a total monthly fee of $62.50. Could you clarify whether I’ll be charged $7 or the full $62.50?

Welcome to the community!

You will only be charged $7 per month, and if you are financing a device, you will continue to be billed for that. The temporary suspension is only for the plan, not the device financing.
