Hi there,
Since I upgraded from iphone 5S to iphone 7 256GB i am having signal issues.
I can hear everyone OK but everyone that calls me from landlines, cellphones, Fido network OR non-Fido network tells me that they can't hear me. They tell me that I am cutting out.
I didn't have these issues before with my previous phone.
I tried calling tech support but the lines are too busy.
Please help!! Is it the phone or the network?

I see here that @Jen81 mentioned it could be due to a software issue. Have you tried restoring your phone to see if that helps?

Hey @FidoPamela @QP1,
My issue was an Apple issue. My issue was resolved by turning off a signal/call default feature on my phone. Apparently this feature was created to give better phone clarity/reception but in Canada our technology isn’t at the same level yet. So it’s only effective in the U.S.
After the Apple employee switched it off People were able to hear me clearly on the phone. Never had any issues since.
Wish I could remember the setting.. maybe it’s wifi calling?? Sorry.
