Poor signal in basement

Fido signals were perfect before in the basement but since the past 2 weeks they have been so week. I can't make calls or use my data downstairs anymore.

Resolved! New cell number is to be set under old account

Hi there,   My email address is linked to my cancelled old number. Now I'm setting up the account info for my new numbe , but I can't link it to the same email address anymore. Is there a way to resolve this issue? Thanks!   Best,
