Resolved! Fido Roam charge question

My phone is roaming  but I have not used text data or calling. Do I still get charged the daily roaming fee? If I do not use it?

Call forwarding charges

I have never been outside of Canada and have never call forwarded my phone to any number and just noticed I'm being charged $10-12 a month in call forwarding charges.  Why???  This is ridiculous   now I have to go through a year and a half of bills
