can not change number

I can not change my number online. I got the following error when I clicked change my number:  "OH-OH!Some error occurred. Please try again later." I tried many times. Is this service still available online via fido.ca?

Changing phones

Hi, I'm trying to take the sim card out of my current phone and put it into a new to me phone.  However when i do that the new phone needs a code.  I tried the PUK but it doesnt work.  Any suggestions?
