The link you provided does not work. 

I contacted the support service via chat to discuss the bill as it looks higher than my last bills. I'm aware that there was a promotion and it ended in January, but I still thought the plan should be less than $50 dollars. The person I was chatting with ( Kevin ) was rude and disrespectful. I had to end the chat as it became more upsetting. Because of the experience,  I'm in the process of searching for a new phone company. Would you be able to direct me to a department where I can file a complaint? I was searching the Fido website, but couldn't find any contac information.  Thank you.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience, you certainly shouldn't have to speak with someone who's rude and disrespectful, that's not what we want your experience to be when speaking with us. We also definitely wouldn't want to see you leave to another provider because of this experience.
