I cannot find the changes i need to make to my plan to include USA unlimited calling... I had it before with Rogers and mistakenly thought I still had it when I switched to Fido.
I was asked to submit this photo here for proof that my account shows $5/100MB for data overage charges. The Fido agent sees $15/100MB on their end which is what they are trying to charge me for which I was never notified of.
