Resolved! Link to Esso egift card is not working

Hi, I chose the Esso egift card as my welcome gift; however, when I click on the "GET MY E-GIFT CARD" button, I get a webpage with a broken link that says: "Web page not available" as seen in the picture. Any solution would be appreciated. Thanks
