Sill not working. This afternoon I was able to progress to the part where I can choose a data package but it stopped loading before I could choose any addons. Tonight I'm once again stuck before choosing data plans. Please note im still trying on dufferent devices and on different browsers.

Are you still having difficulties changing your plan? If so, we'll be happy to help you with that here, or via a community PM (just ask us to send you one).
As for the trouble you're having with our site, have you tried to add our site to your security whitelist? Clearing your browser's cookies and cache may help as well.
