Cancel services from oversea

I moved out of Canada and i cant contact hotline to cancel my cellphone number in Canada. Anyone know how to stop Fido services from oversea. I dont want to rocket my billing even when i am no longer using their services

Broken glass

The glass on my screen is a while, I am paying for the warranty and the cell phone for 2 years. I understand the two warranty options: do you change the device for a new one or do you repair the current device?
