Cannot reach customer service to discontinue my service

I am outside canada I want to discontinue my service fir 3 month more please do something i am try my best to reach out with customer care but not respond

@Gstargaurav if it is the temporary suspension you require as @Cawtau mentioned, I've noticed that Fido quietly added the option to manage the temporary suspension through self-serve on


Just log into your account then click on the number you want to suspend on the next page look at the bottom under quick actions and you will see the option there.

  are you referring to a temporary suspension or do you wish to cancel your services completely? Fido does offer a temporary suspension for a reduced fee on eligible lines, if that was your intention.


  Unfortunately, there is no way to add the temporary suspension or cancel services online. You should also note this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We would not have access to customer accounts. If you're eligible for the temporary suspension or wish to cancel, you would need to contact customer service to have it set up. I do understand you are currently outside of Canada. They do provide a number which can be called from abroad. They can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
