I have been trying to cancel my Fido plan. The customer service that I got is ridiculous.
First I tried live chat, it kept me waiting for over two hours, than the third agent finally asked me to fill out a form. Only after I have done that they told me that they are actually from Rogers, and ask me why I approached them! I said I initiated the chat directly from my Fido account, and it was absolutely not my fault to approach the Rogers department. Then they technically hangs me up, the live chat window only shows some 'specialist' will be with me when they are available and no response.
Then I tried telephoning them. This time the agent promised me she will cancel it. She even gave me a case number: I2143834798. She also promise that with in two hours I will receive a confirmation. Until now I haven't received any confirmation from Fido and I'm still billed.
This is ridiculous. I'm not sure if they are delaying this intentionally so that they can just keep billing me?!
