Downpayment in store

Hi, I don't know why the system doesn't allow me to do down payment at fido store. Could anyone tell me what's the problem with my account? However, I still can make down payment online but I want to buy at store instead.

Call from "Fido Ambassadors"

After I switched my phone number to another carrier, I recieved a call from a "Fido Ambassador". Is this a legitimate call? The phone number started with 1-833.

Resolved! Have not received shipment email

Hi, I bought a new data plan (not with a phone) and I still have not recieved a shipment email after almost 4 days. Just wondering if this is normal? When I check my account it says that there are no active orders. Very confused. Thanks!
