Wealthsimple error

There's an offer on Fido extra for $100 deposit for wealthsimple will get you an additional $45. I did it, made my deposit, but didn't receive the $45. Any reason why?

  Welcome to the community!

 

  I understand you had made a deposit, however had you also made a trade of at least $100?

  In addition, had you had a chance to read the Wealthsimple Terms and Conditions? Are you aware that the offer does not apply to their Invest and Cash accounts? Also, split deposits are not eligible for the perk. There are also other conditions which need to be met. If your deposit and trade are eligible, the bonus should be applied to your account within 14 business days.

 

  If you are having issues redeeming a perk, you should contact Wealthsimple directly (see FAQs here).
