I've been using fido for years. I changed the password for my account this morning (because I forgot the old one) and now I'm unable to view my bill/usage after I logged in (it just keeps loading and loading...) Could anyone help me with this?

Are you experiencing the problem on the Fido App or through your web browser? You can try clearing the cache on both and see if it helps you can also try using another web browser and see if it resolves the issue.

I was using chrome. I tried to use edge instead but still cannot see the bill.

Hello again @johnnyjly try logging in through the app and then try to view your bill and see if it lets you in that way.
