Unable to view bills online

I have been with fido over 1.5 years now. Two months back, I upgraded to a new plan. Now, I am unable to view my bills online. It says that my first bill is not generated yet. I had several chats with a live agent over the past week. Unable to find a solution. Or worse they say that it will be done within a day, they just give false hopes.  I am losing my patience here. Please help me in this issue.
