Hello, so I today recieved my bill for September 2021 with 95$ over charge that was from Bango/Google on an iPad I have never used yet less purchased something on. I call Fido twice was on the phone for over an hour and they refused to help me basically calling me a liar. They only told me to contact this company directly. I don't know what to do.

We definitely don't think you're lying on the matter, but these charges can only be refunded by Bango.
I noticed in your other post that you mentioned having sent them an email, which is the right thing to do in this situation!
Let us know what happens when they reach out.
