Service charge of 45$ ?

Hi when I purchased my fido sim i was told that u have to pay 40 $ for one month and its a promotion offer and now when i see my bill its 95 $ for one month and they charged 45 $ service fee without even mentioning it. Now for the first minth its 95$ i mean that is not good for new commers who tried to buy a sim in canada. Really disappointed

Sorry, you were not aware there is a $45 fee when doing an activation, the only way to avoid this fee is if you do it yourself through self-serve on fido.ca.

With that being said you can always reach out to customer service and see if there is anything they can do for you.
