Remove Add on

I want to cancel my add-on: "1000LD Min 10Select Countries". I called 611 but no relevant answer. How can I cancel this? Thanks

Are you paying for extra for the 1000min? I know this comes free with a certain plan.

However, if you are paying for it and would like to have it removed it's not something you can do your self online, you will need to contact customer support and they will do it.
