During Black friday I decided to go back to Fido to activate new phone lines. Speak to call centre rep was already a bad experience because they didn't know what promotions fido was offering at the time. Anyways, placed new order and got confimation email. Afterwards I got email for tracking # from QMS on Nov 30 saying it will deliver on Dec 1 from 2am-9pm which is a basically the whole day. I missed the order and now have been calling and emailing QMS to arrange 2nd attempt. They said they were able to deliver on dec 4 5-9pm. Great! I've been waiting and keeping and eye out with my outdoor security camera. Still unsuccedsful and there's no pick up options. QMS will only deliver if there are in your area it's as if they're holding our shipments hostage. Hopefully my order will not be sent back to fido. THIS IS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR FIDO CUSTOMERS.

Nope, nothing!
And it's still impossible to get a hold of them. My emails remain unanswered and it's impossible to call them (line always occupied).

Yes. I wrote them at least 6-7 emails which they didn't bother answering or sent back an automatic canned response saying they would get back to me shortly (haha, it's been 8 days now!). I also tried calling them at least 20 times to no avail. I talked to 3 agents and 1 supervisor at Fido and they did NOTHING.

We always do our best to choose the courrier that would get you your phone the quickest and this is why we use QMS for the GTA and GMA.
That said, keep in mind that it has been our busiest season and there are many phones going out. We've gotten an update from QMS and they should be delivering everyone's phone asap!
Some things to keep in mind:
If the status of the waybill is on hold, this means that an attempt was made and because a signature is required, it cannot be left at the door.

No, this does not help at all.
I emailed them 7 times... yes, you read that right... 7 times! And got NO answer back. I also tried calling them at least 20 times, and it's impossible to get a hold of them.
And, I'm sorry, but just because it's the busiest period of the year, it's no excuse for offering the worst service ever.
I can't believe Fido does business with this company. And I don't understand why Fido is doing absolutely nothing to help.

I think all these problems I am reading about on the blog are a result of your faulty web site "address system". It does not KEEP the UNIT number , despite customers best attempts. Ugh...really worried about my order already. Even though I made sure my UNIT number was there at the time of ordering..but for some weird reason the email confirmation does not show the UNIT number.....🤔

The phone number the Fido agent gave me : 514-932-5173.
I called just now and for the first time in 25 calls, I got though... BUT, of course, no agents are available so I had to leave a message. Let's see now how long it takes them to answer back.
I ordered my phone on Black Friday (Nov 29) and it's Dec 9 today... not impressed.

I would suggest trying to call them again a few times during the day. When you get to speak with them, you can arrange to go pick up your phone directly at their office if you don't want to wait for another delivery!

We do know how frustrating it can be, but QMS is not only delivering packages from Fido and their unexpected delay is out of our control. They received an over capacity of shipments and are doing what they can to answer everyone's emails and calls for rescheduling. We hope that it will improve in the future and we take every feedback regarding QMS seriously.
That being said, they will reach out to you as soon as they can.

I’ve brought a new iPhone11 on Fido online store. It says that my phone will be delivered by ups, and it will arrived in 3-5 busies day. But it has been 6 days, I still didn’t get my product. I just received a message from QMS. I tried to contact Fido but they just told me to contact Qms. I emailed Qms and call them number, but no response received.
I am so disappointed........
