Online billing payment problem

Hi 

 

Yesterday I tried to pay my bill by Fido app but I got error. Know my credit card shows that I have payed the Fido bill but my fido online account balance still doesn't show the payment. Can you please let me know what should I do?

Hi @HomaS

 

When a payment is made using a credit card, it's posted on the account right away without any delays. So if your online account still shows the balance, it means the payment most likely didn't go through. 

 

What you are seeing on the credit card has to be an authorized charge which should be reversed in the next few days. 

 

You can always confirm your latest balance and the last payment made by dialling *28 from your Fido phone. You can even make a onetime credit card payment using this number.
