Since April of this year, we no longer offer the option to have paper billing. We decided to provide more flexibility and a simplified billing experience, while remaining environmentally friendly.
The benefits of online billing are the following:
- You are able to print your bill at anytime you want.
- We store up to 18 months of bill history for your records.
- You receive the exact same copy of your invoice in a PDF version as you would through a paper bill.
- Online billing saves you time:
- You will receive an email and SMS notification that gives you your bill amount once it is ready
- You get the invoice faster without relying on a physical courier (no loss in mail or courier on strike).
- You can download your calls to track your usage.
- It’s very easy to access your bill:
- You can access your bill anytime and anywhere you want.
- You can to look at your bill right on your smartphone by signing in to the MyAccount app
