I am too facing the same issue with Fido my account app . I am not able to view my Fido perks of 5 hours . I have tried updating and also reinstalling the app ...it didn't help out.
If any moderator can help me sort out the issue, would be grateful.
Yes recently I had changed my plan .. but as per my knowledge all the Fido plans with data,text and calling includes Fido perks free of cost . I am using the latest version of Fido app .. I had contacted the technical support team of Fido , but there weren't also able to find solution to my problem.
