Fido perks

Hi all,

I had a couple of indigo gift card in my fido app, and today i noticed that the option to access them is gone. It was a leave it there until the day i need them but it seems the options to reaccess it is gone both on web or mobile app.

Any one had similar experience and knows how to resolve it?

  Welcome to the community!

  If I am understanding correctly, I think you're referring to a Fido Xtra perk. Unfortunately, if that is the case, I'm not sure you'll be able to avail of the gift cards anymore. Fido had discontinuted the Fido Xtra program back in December 2023. As far as I am aware, individual perks were only redeemable until November 30, 2023 (see here).

  You should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. If you would like query whether anything can be done to retrieve those gift cards, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
