I am Ukrainian, I arrived in Canada on 09/27/23. At the airport they connected me to a Fido number with a tariff plan for $45 per month. On October 1, an invoice will be sent for $120. This is almost 3 times more than the amount that the seller announced in the monthly payment. Billed for $60 to connect even though he didn't ask if I needed it. I could insert the SIM card myself and reboot the phone. How can I find out why, without my knowledge and consent, they are adding services to me and billing me for them? I don't agree with this

although i am a 13 year+   customer I still had to pay the 60$ activiation fee. isnt it ridiculous???? I called FIDO (not easy as i had to request a cal back 2 days later). they reduced it to 30$. Still not impressed.  what is "activitaion"? A  click on  a key board?  Sorry you were greeted in Canada by such a high  phone fee   -SLAVA UKRAINI !! HEROYAM SLAVA-

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. The Setup Service Fee is one-time fee that applies to new activations, bring your own device, and device upgrades. The fee will be charged for each line that has been activated or upgraded.
