I upgraded my phone last Saturday. I saw free activation on the web but when I actually upgraded it, it charged on my bill.
I have been using fido more than 10 years.
Please wave the activation fee. Thank you.

How did you complete your upgrade? Did you do it through My Account, did you place an order with a representative on the phone/Live Chat or did you go in store?
The Setup Service Fee is only waived if you upgrade your device through self-serve means on Fido.ca.
