I changed my provider and Fido contacted me on offer and I decided to come back, and now I have seen an activation fee on my account, and they never mention me about the activation fee. help me out.

Hello @malkeetsandhu I can't speak on what was discussed when you got the offer to switch back to Fido but for something like this you would need to reach out to customer service directly and they can look over your account and better assist you.
