Wanted to switch from koodo to take advantage of Fido 9gb data plan. i have 4 lines so had problem completing online. Called in and ask rep if I would be charged activation fee if i comleted online. he promised that all activation fees would be waived. These conversations are recorded by fido themselves also i ask him for proof and he said that he has made a note of it and gave me a long reference number (which i have). I recieved my bill today and was charged for activation fees on the phones. Very Disappointed. should have stayed with koodo. Dont they honour their promises? Also there suppose to be a $5.00 discount on each line but its only $2.50 on my bill. very bad experience so far. What Gives????
