A few months ago I added two monthly data top ups to my plan and ever since, I have been trying to cancel them. I have texted CANCEL to 222 so many times it's getting ridiculous. Yet every time, I get a reply (in French for some reason despite the fact that I have always done everything with Fido in English) thanking me for choosing a top up option and that they'll tell me when I can use it. Which is exactly the opposite of what I'm trying to do. I am going to call Fido to get this fixed once I have the time, but is anyone else having this problem when trying to cancel monthly top ups this way?
